Delivery & Pickup Policy

We are committed to providing clear and convenient delivery and pickup options for our customers. Please review the following policies to understand our services:

1. Free Pickup (During Business Hours)

  • SYD Store Location: 38 Carlingford Street, Regents Park NSW 2143

2. Small Item Deliveries

  • Tapware, Pop-up Wastes, and Accessories:
    • Free delivery across Australia for orders over $500.
    • A flat fee of $20 applies for orders below this amount.

3. Medium and Large Item Deliveries

  • Mirrors, Basins, Sinks, Vanities, Toilets, Bathtubs, etc.:
    • Please email us for a custom delivery quote.

4. Free Delivery for Large Orders

  • Within 50km of Metro Sydney: Free delivery for orders over $2,000.
  • To Metro NSW, QLD, ACT, VIC: Free delivery for orders over $2,500.
  • To WA and TAS: Free delivery for orders over $2,000.

5. Bulk Orders

  • For orders exceeding 7 medium items, please email us for a custom delivery quote.

6. Delivery Terms

  • All deliveries are made to the front of the property only.
