Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Registered customers and approved trade partners may receive an additional 12-month extended warranty on selected products.

Where required, Luxern Home may arrange a site inspection to assess a reported issue.

If the claim is not substantiated, a call-out fee of $120 + GST and $70 per hour labour may apply. Service charges may be invoiced by the authorised service provider.

30-Day Returns: Enjoy peace of mind with our 30-day return policy for unopened, unused items in resellable condition. Proof of purchase is required.

We deliver Australia-wide, with shipping rates calculated at checkout. Within 50km of Metro Sydney, free delivery is available for orders over $2,000 on RRP items only. Free delivery applies to RRP items and excludes all discounted, promotional, or clearance products. Delivery timeframe for these orders is approximately 45 days from order confirmation.

For all other states and areas outside Sydney metro, delivery is available on a quote-only basis. Please contact us before placing your order at admin@luxernhome.com.au.

Free delivery is available within 40km of our Regents Park, NSW store at 38 Carlingford Street. Delivery under this option will be scheduled within 30 to 45 days from order confirmation.
