Are your products in stock or made to order?

All of our products are locally stocked for fast delivery or pickup. With our own factory, we also develop and introduce new products based on market trends, ensuring a wide range, strong inventory levels, and ongoing new arrivals.

What are your shipping and pickup options?

We deliver Australia-wide, with shipping rates calculated at checkout. Within 50km of Metro Sydney, free delivery is available for orders over $2,000 on RRP items only. Free delivery applies to RRP items and excludes all discounted, promotional, or clearance products. Delivery timeframe for these orders is approximately 45 days from order confirmation. For all other states and areas outside Sydney metro, delivery is available on a quote-only basis. Please contact us before placing your order at admin@luxernhome.com.au.

Free delivery is also available within 40km of our Regents Park, NSW store at 38 Carlingford Street. Delivery under this option will be scheduled within 30 to 45 days from order confirmation.

Free pickup is available from our Regents Park, NSW warehouse during business hours. For large or bulk orders, or special delivery requests, please contact us for assistance.

What is your returns and warranty policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unopened, unused, and in resellable condition. All products also include a manufacturer’s warranty, with coverage periods varying by item.
