All eligible products include a 365-day limited product warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, or installation that does not comply with relevant standards.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Registered customers and approved trade partners may receive an additional 12-month extended warranty on selected products.

Where required, Luxern Home may arrange a site inspection to assess a reported issue.

If the claim is not substantiated, a call-out fee of $120 + GST and $70 per hour labour may apply. Service charges may be invoiced by the authorised service provider.

30-Day Returns: Enjoy peace of mind with our 30-day return policy for unopened, unused items in resellable condition. Proof of purchase is required.

We deliver Australia-wide, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

For selected orders within designated Sydney metro areas, complimentary delivery may be available on eligible full-priced items that meet our minimum order requirements. This does not apply to discounted, promotional, or clearance products. Delivery for these orders is typically scheduled within 30 to 45 days from order confirmation.

For locations outside of these areas or interstate deliveries, shipping is arranged on a quote basis. Please contact our team at admin@luxernhome.com.au prior to placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.

Customers may also choose to collect their order at no cost from our Regents Park, NSW warehouse during business hours. For large orders or specific delivery requirements, we recommend contacting our team in advance to arrange the most suitable option.
